Teachers: Steve Ross, Tom Morley, Matt Reyes
Studio: Maha Yoga
www.mahayoga.com
Steve pretty much invented the fusion of mainstream music with yoga and nobody does it better. Having played with bands such as Fleetwood Mac and Men at Work, Steve's class is smooth, fun, and packed so get their early.
Tom Morley teaches a similar style and the class is just as fun and just as packed, a great time in yoga. Matt Reyes also has a great class, seen by some as being even more challenging that Tom and Steve. Bit more focused on the spiritual, Matt gives hands on adjustments and has great energy.
