Join Yahoo's Mind-Body Expert and yoga teacher David Romanelli for 4 days and 3 nights at the Red Mountain Spa in the red rocks of southern Utah. Taking place this April 17-20, the retreat will feature David's classic Yoga + Wine and Yoga + Chocolate classes with themes and flavors specially chosen for this weekend. Imagine practicing yoga in an outdoor gazebo surrounded by a natural arena of towering red canyons. After class, you will soak in the hot tubs soothing your muscles from a day of empowering hikes thru stunning terrain reminiscent of Zion National Park. The food is healthy and refreshing. The spa treatments are world class. But most importantly, the retreat will teach you how to capture daily moments of pleasure in much the same way you capture the essence of the perfect meal.

Vintage Years
The year 1997 featured a late winter and a mild and dry spring in the Tuscany region of Italy. The perfect conditions enabled the vines to bud 10 days early. For these reasons, 1997 is considered the ultimate vintage in Tuscan wines. The year 1994 featured near perfect weather throughout the growing and harvest seasons in Portugal. This is why 1994 is one of the few years ever to be declared a classic-quality vintage of Port wines. So the question is: how can you make 2008 a vintage year filled with superb conditions to maximize your clarity and potential?

Exotic Influences
Any great cuisine has influences whether they be Asian, Southwestern, or Mediterranean. To better understand such influences adds depth and story to any meal. In life, we all are subjected to influences some of which are sweet and some of which are sour. The key is finding time and space to get quiet and recognize how the influences shape your decisions. By aligning with positive influences and avoiding negative ones, we discover enhanced pleasure, purpose, and grace.

Surreal Flavors
To be really present for a bite of food is to explore its nuances and flavors. At any one time, we experience varying flavors of emotion. Being "emotionally competent" is the ability to perform in the presence of competing emotions and tasting the peace amidst the chaos.
